California Part 2

We were planning on going to California after Christmas. Our plans changed, that's life, so we scrunched all of our California plans in while we were there.

 The kids are great road trippers. They watch movies. I am a horrible passenger. I always fall asleep. :)

Savannah asked Santa for tickets to Universal Studios. She has been wanting to go at Christmas time for several years. She LOVES the Grinch and wanted to visit Grinchmas. So, we spent a day at Universal Studio. My brother Joe and his family also came for the fun. 

 The tour is really fun. My kids were afraid of a few parts and closed their eyes a lot.

Dwight is a huge fan of the Blues Brothers. It was fun to see their show.

The girls did a candy taste test and were paid 5 Universal dollars.

We had a great trip. It's funny, when we are in California and people ask where we are from we say Arizona and when we are in Arizona and people ask where we are from we say California. I don't even know where to say I am from anymore. I just know home is where my heart is and that is with my little family.
