Content

I love moments of contentment. Those moments where I have no worries, no concerns, no aches, no pains, no annoyances. More importantly, in those moments of contentment I have peace. Tonight, as I read a couple of stories to my kiddos at bedtime I had complete contentment. I sat on my little girls bedroom floor. My kiddos surrounded me. They were snuggled in their jammies. They are all healthy, happy, and beautiful. They crouched around trying to see the pictures of the Dr. Seuss book. We love Dr. Seuss. Then they asked for another book.   So, I read another. Then I sang to them and kissed them. A sweeping kiss across each one's fore head to chase away bad dreams. Then I say "sweet dreams". Then a kiss on the lips. Yes, I still kiss them on the lips. :) And I tell them I love them. That no one loves them more than I love them. I am such a blessed mother. Completely content.
