Gracie's Science Experiment

One of the pluses of homeschooling through a charter school is that they have a lot of oppurtunities for the students to participate in extra activities and field trips. We are part of California Virtual Academies. Gracie is actually considered a public school student doing independent studies. So everything is free and totally organized for me which is really great. We've had a really great year. Gracie participated in their virtual science fair. She had a lot of fun testing 25 of our friends, mostly from our ward. She concluded that most people cannot taste the different color/flavors of skittles when blind folded. It is possible though. Our friend Samantha Falk got every single one right. I'm really proud of Gracie and the great job she did on her science project. Her category to compete was k-2. I think she by far had the best kindergarten project. But, some of the second grade projects were really impressive. Great job Gracie and thanks to everyone who participated.
