Weighing In
I haven't posted about my weight for a while. Well, I haven't posted about anything for a while, so weight included. I have now lost 78 pounds with Weight Watchers. I'm actually down 100 pounds from the heighest I have ever been. But I count my WW weight. My goal is to lose 100 pounds by my year mark. I have 11 eleven weeks to go. So I have to lose 2 pounds a week. The last couple of months I've been kind of slacking. I've still been losing but more slowly. I am really dilligent in my excercise but I haven't been as good at counting points and I've cheated in my eating more and more. So now I have to be good again. 2 pounds a week for 11 weeks. Sounds scary to me and overwhelming, but I'm going to try sooooo hard.

way to be! My family just started our own biggest loser for some inspiration. I need to get some good low-fat recipes, so if you have any you enjoy send them my way!
