My kiddos teachers are so great and I'm so thankful that they let me invade their space and help in the classroom. My kids love it and get so excited and so do their sweet friends.
My daughter Savannah's first grade class is so nice to me and get so excited to see me. Her little friends all come give me hugs and I love going in and reading to them on Fridays. We read the funniest book today: Animals should definely not wear clothing. It is hilarious. The kids were cracking up and I totally got a kick out of it. Totally want to buy this one. I so love my Savannah and I'm so proud of what a good girl she is at school.
In Bear's class I always work one of one with students. We work on sight words mostly. I enjoy it. Kindergarteners are so the cutest! There is this one little boy who always says funny things to me. He is a super cute little boy with curly hair. He told me once that I had a big nose. I gigled and was surprised. Then he continued to tell me it looked like a factory workers nose. :) Funny, funny. Ever since I have been noticing how big my nose is. :) Well today he came and wrapped his arms around my thigh. He then looks up at me with his cutest little face and dark curly hair and says, "You have a really huge leg!". Ugh Ugh Ugh. Thank you oh so cute little boy! I can now worry about the size of my thighs, which by the way I was already worried about. :)
