Tonight for family scripture time I read the family an old article from the Friend. It was by President Monson and it was like February 2006 I think. The title was something about a Lighthouse. He talks about how we need light to lead our way and how the spirit provides that light in our lives. He quoted a scripture that I know I've heard a million times but somehow tonight it really touched me.
Mosiah 4:10 And again, believe that ye must repent of your sins and forsake them, and humble yourselves before God; and ask in sincerity of heart that he would forgive you; and now, if you believe all these things see that ye do them
I especially like the last part. "If you believe all these things see that ye do them." I love that the gospel is so simple. If you believe it JUST DO IT.
