I am thankful for the Sabbath day and my children's reverence. It is a little bit of a miracle and completely amazing. As a mother of four children close in age, I have spent far too many Sundays walking the halls of the church. I packed coloring books, toys, and cheerios. I came home overwhelmed. Then guess what happened? My kiddos have been growing up. They are amazing, wonderful reverent children. I no longer pack anything. Well, I always have wipies, kleenex, and bandaids in my bag. But, there are no toys, books, or snacks. My children sit quietly. They are amazing. I am so thankful for reverence.
P.S. I believe they learned to be reverent through consistent family scripture study.
