Day 17

I am incredibly thankful to be a Mormon. I don't mean specifically about our beliefs or our gospel. (Which I am of course thankful for and will talk about another day). I love the comradery, the culture, and the people.I love our history. I am so thankful for our pioneers and our prophets. I love that when I run into someone else who is Mormon we have an instant connection. We have something in common. I love being in a large group of Mormons and singing hymns. The same hymns we all sing across the world. There is a power in it that is indescribable. I love that I can attend a Mormon church anywhere in the world and learn the same thing. Whether or not our beliefs end up being right (which of course I believe they will), I know that the way we live our lives is good, fair, and moral. I will have nothing to fear. There is no harm that will or can come from living virtuously, being honest, and kind. I love to be a Mormon.
