We had an amazing Halloween. We had our AZ family over for Trick or Treating. The kids had a blast with their little cousins. Then Dwight bbq'd hot dogs for everyone and we had a great time eating and visiting. I'm so thankful for our local family that we share our life with. I'll load some pictures soon.
I love November. It's one of my favorite months. It's a great time to reflect on life and notice all of the little things that we have to be thankful for. We do "thankful fors" before family prayer each night in November. Yay! I'm so excited to hear my little one's gratitude. They are amazing little people.
I'm going to express some sort of gratitude each day this month on my little blog. Hopefully, life will slow down a little and I'll be able to enjoy the month of November. October was a blur. I love the holidays with our sweet family. My kiddos are the perfect age for the magic and wonder of Christmas! Yay holidays. We are starting the Christmas music. :)
Today I'm grateful for......... oh a million things how to pick just one???.......... I'm thankful for the people who came before me. The ones who made the path for me to have the life I have. For my dad, my grandparents, and great grandparents. The good men and women of my family who sacrificed, who loved and lost, and stood for truth and good. I believe that we will be together again. I believe that they are watching over us. That they still love us and care for our well being. I recognize their goodness. I remember their lives and try to remind my children of the importance of our genealogy. They left a beautiful legacy for us.
