Vegas!!!!

Dwight has a work conference in Vegas this week. The kiddos and I decided to come along for the ride. :) We have been doing extra school work to get ahead so we are able to take a few days off school. We drove into Las Vegas last night. It's been a really long time since we've been. I think we came for a labor day when I was pregnant with Gunnar. So, like 7 years ago. The kids don't remember coming. They were beyond excited! We stopped by the Hoover Dam driving in. It was almost sun down, so we didn't get to spend much time, but the kids were impressed. It was a beautiful drive. I stayed awake the entire drive. (That's probably a first) I had never driven from AZ to Las Vegas, so I was excited to see new places. It's so fun to travel as a family and see and experience new things. We're excited for our adventures here and plan on having a fantastic time!
